Protect your password

Please follow these tips to keep your account and password secure:

Do not give out your password to anyone. Change your password on a regular basis and keep it unique. Use a random combination of letters, numbers, or symbols in your password, and avoid using single names or words that can be found in a dictionary.

No members of Survey Gigantic will ask you for your password.

Do not respond to any message that asks for your password. Instead, forward the message to spoof@surveygigantic.com immediately.

Use these guidelines to create a secure password:

  1. Use at least 6 characters, but no more than 30 characters.
  2. Use a combination of letters and numbers, such as qwerty319.
  3. Use something you can remember.
  4. Do not use proper names, such as the name of your best friend, pet, or significant other.
  5. Do not use personal information that someone could easily figure out.
  6. Do not use common dictionary words from any language
