Q1: How do I participate in
research surveys?
A: Once you become a member there are hundreds
of companies that you can register with for free. These companies
will then notify you when there is a survey. Upon completion
you will be awarded the funds of gifts agreed upon.
Q2: Do I have to participate
every time I am invited to take a survey?
A: No. We encourage your participation, but
it is not mandatory
Q3: How long do surveys take
to complete?
A: Approximately 3-15 minutes.
Q4: Can children under 18 years
of age respond to the surveys?
A: This depends on the policies
of the company offering the survey.
Q5: What prizes can I win?
A: Good question! Prizes will vary each and every
time when a client decides on their survey they could offer
you products to cash prizes, each survey will be different
and will give you full instructions and details before you
start the survey.
Q6: Can I change my password?
A: You sure can just login to the members area and
select the Change password and update your records.
Q7: What happens If I win a
prize?
A: Payment and shipping details
will be arranged when you register with a survey company.
Q8: Can I refer my friends
to Survey Gigantic?
A: We do not currently support this feature but it
should be implemented in the near future.
Q9: Is participation limited
to a particular country?
A: No, these surveys can be taken
from anywhere in the world. It depends on the policies of
the company offering the survey.
Q10: I've forgotten my password
and can't log on to Survey Gigantic. What can I do?
A: Try accessing the members' area. When
you arrive at the Sign In page select the forgot my password
link and follow the instructions.
Q11: How do I complete payment
after signing up previously?
A: Simply click on the members button
on the left within the menu and log in. This will then take
you to the payment page.
